    Oklo (US OKLO) Mr. Jake DeWitte / CEO & Co-founder

    Jacob DeWitte co-founded Oklo and has served as its Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Oklo Board since its inception in July 2013. Jacob has experience working on a variety of advanced reactor designs, including sodium fast reactors, molten salt reactors, and next-generation pressurized water reactors, as well as nuclear fuel cycle technology development and analysis. Jacob also worked with experimental irradiation testing facilities. Jacob earned his BS in nuclear engineering from the University of Florida and his SM and PhD in nuclear engineering at MIT.

    Mr. Craig Bealmear / CFO

    R. Craig Bealmear has served as Oklo's Chief Financial Officer since August 2023. Since April 2023, Craig has served as an executive advisor to Trindent Consulting, a management consulting firm. From April 2021 to December 2022, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Renewable Energy Group, Inc., a producer of advanced biofuels that was acquired by Chevron Corporation in June 2022. Prior to joining Renewable Energy Group, Inc., Craig held several positions at BP plc, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer — North America Downstream at BP plc from March 2015 to December 2020 and as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer; Refining and Marketing Segment at BP plc from January 2013 to February 2015. Craig held numerous prior roles in finance, strategy and commercial with BP plc and Atlantic Richfield Corporation over a 30-year career in both the United States and United Kingdom. Craig holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Business Administration from Bellarmine University.

    Steven Ricchiuto / Managing Director, Chief US Economist

    Steven Ricchiuto is a Managing Director and Chief US Economist for Mizuho Americas, responsible for formulating the firm’s macroeconomic and interest rate forecasts. In this role, he provides Mizuho’s institutional and corporate clients with a strategic outlook on the U.S. economy and financial markets.

    Prior to joining Mizuho, Steve worked at a number of global banks as well as domestic brokers. He has extensive experience as an economist, a strategist, and as the director of fixed income research.

    He has more than forty years of experience in the financial services industry, is widely quoted in the print media, and regularly appears on business news television and radio programs.

    “Deconstructing Credit Cycles” is his most recent book, it examines each of the last four business cycles and how the associated credit disruption affected not only the nature of the recession, but also the following recovery/expansion.

    Steve’s previous books include: Disequilibrium (2016), Symptomatic to Systemic (2018), and Moneynomics (2020).

    Masahiro Wakasugi / Senior Technology Analyst

    Masahiro Wakasugi is a senior analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, specializing in technology hardware industries, including semiconductor production equipment, semiconductors, electronic components, and consumer electronics. Prior to joining Bloomberg, he covered Japanese technology companies as a research analyst at BNP Paribas and Jefferies in Japan. Prior to his sell-side roles, Mr. Wakasugi worked for AllianceBernstein as a buy-side analyst in the growth equity department, covering Japanese technology companies. He also co-managed a mutual fund, Asian Technology Fund, which received Lipper Fund Awards in 2009. He holds bachelor’s degree of engineering and a master’s degree of engineering from Waseda University in Japan. He is a chartered member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (CMA).

    Chris Krueger / Managing Director – Macro, Trade, Fiscal & Tax Policy

    Chris Krueger joined TD Cowen Washington Research Group in August 2016 as the Washington Strategist. Mr. Krueger and the TD Cowen Washington Research Group were recently named #1 in the Institutional Investor Washington Strategy category, Mr. Krueger and the team have been consistently ranked for the past decade. Mr. Krueger publishes the DC Download, a must-read daily for Wall Street portfolio managers who want a quick look at the top Washington stories and their impact on the capital markets. Mr. Krueger covers DC macro, fiscal, tax and trade policy.

    He held similar positions at Guggenheim Securities, MF Global, Concept Capital, and Potomac Research Group. Earlier he worked for nearly four years on the senior staff of the House of Representatives. He has also worked on several local, state, and federal political campaigns across the country.

    Mr. Krueger holds a BA from the University of Vermont and an MA in international relations from King’s College London.
